Their textures can be crisp, tender or floury and flavours range from tart to sweet.

What is an infusion?

Fresh apple infusion is handmade at our factory site in Poole, Dorset*, where fresh chopped apples are added to boiling water, then strained, creating an extract rich in benefits and scent.

Where does Lush source fresh apples?

Nearly all of our fresh fruit and vegetables are purchased from the same specialist distributor, with whom Lush UK has been working since 2005. Depending on the time of year, they source products from different countries to ensure availability all year round. They work hard to supply as many organic products as possible and provide the highest quality available the rest of the time.
