The supporting cast of eucalyptus, peppermint and spearmint oils cool you and your joints back down, menthol is believed to aid the absorption of all-important magnesium into your skin. Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body, responsible for over 300 different functions, and is thought to be anti-inflammatory, supporting muscle movement and repair.

How to use:
Our Lush Spa therapists suggest using After massage bar as part of your cool-down routine post-exercise. Warm the bar in your hands, before applying it directly to the skin with light pressure, using soothing massage techniques on muscle groups that have been worked during your session.

How to store:
Keep this massage bar fresh and clean in a lidded container, like one of our oval tins. Try storing it in the freezer if you like an icy magnesium muscle soother.

Melt warning: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. In very hot weather, store in the fridge to avoid meltdowns.
